Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Screenshot Organizer (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) helps you organize screenshots on your device. This policy explains what data the app processes and what may be sent to third-party services.

Screenshot data stays on your device

Your screenshot images, OCR text, categories, and search index are processed and stored locally on your phone. We do not upload your photo library or screenshot images to our servers.

Optional iCloud sync (Pro, iOS)

If you enable iCloud sync as a Pro subscriber, the app may sync screenshot metadata (such as titles, categories, and local identifiers) via Apple CloudKit to your iCloud account. Screenshot image files are not synced by this feature.

Subscriptions and purchases

In-app purchases (weekly and annual subscriptions, and optional lifetime unlock) are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and validated through RevenueCat. RevenueCat may receive purchase history, subscription status, and device or app identifiers needed to manage your subscription. We do not receive your payment card details.

Firebase services

The app uses Google Firebase for:

Analytics and Crashlytics are disabled in debug builds. These services may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in Google’s Firebase Privacy Policy.

Photo library access

With your permission, the app reads screenshots from your photo library to organize them. Cleanup features may delete duplicate or expired screenshots from your library when you confirm removal.

Calendar

If you tap a date quick action, the app may add an event to your calendar using Apple’s calendar APIs. This happens only when you choose that action.

Children

Screenshot Organizer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
