Getting started
- Grant Photos access when prompted (full access works best).
- Let the app scan your library, or tap Settings → Check for new screenshots.
- Browse categories, search OCR text, or create smart folders.
Share Extension
From Photos or any app, tap Share → Screenshot Organizer. Open the main app to process shared images.
Widgets
Long-press your Home Screen → Add Widget → Screenshot Organizer. Choose Recent Grab or Monthly Recap.
Free vs Pro
Free includes scanning, categorization, full-text search, 3 smart folders, widgets, share extension, and cleanup previews. You can delete up to 10 items per cleanup run.
Pro unlocks unlimited smart folders, bulk cleanup (select all, unlimited deletes), semantic search, learning from corrections, optional iCloud metadata sync, Apple Intelligence titles on supported devices, and more frequent background scans.

Restore purchases
Open Settings → Restore Purchases, or use Restore on the subscription screen. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used to subscribe or buy lifetime.
Troubleshooting
- No screenshots found — ensure Photos permission is granted and your library contains screenshots.
- Limited Photos access — tap Select More Photos or allow full access in Settings → Screenshot Organizer → Photos.
- iCloud Photos — some screenshots may need to download from iCloud before processing.
- Apple Intelligence — requires a supported device and OS; check Settings in the app.
